Video games were just blobs on a screen and people had no idea how far the technology was due to advance.

Today, Ps3 render graphics and sound that those who played games in the 80’s could not even imagine. If you’re one of the legion, take a look at that link — the hardware’s not all that’s improved, you can now get it at prices that are just as unreal.
