Lloyd’s of London has been selling insurance since 1688, and Good Sam is one of the best known names in this country’s motoring history. So when the two get together to offer insurance, it’s something you need to check out.
Unlike most plans, Sam’s new mechanical breakdown insurance means you’re covered for whatever happens, wherever you are. You don’t have to push the broken-down heap fifty miles to an ‘authorized’ center, like most people do – You just find a repair shop and Sam pays the bills. And they’ll cover your hotel expenses while it gets fixed.
Now how sweet is that?
I don’t have Good Sam’s coverage myself, but this is certainly tempting. And considering how greedy other insurers can be, if you can find something like it I’d be quite surprised…
