This is the time of year where those of us who have a few pounds are barraged with sales pitches for weight loss programs and all kinds of curious pills that promise you a Greek god’s physique by next Monday – if you can afford the exorbitant price.
Some weight loss programs do actually work – for a while. A few people have reported provable losses of 6-8lbs in a week.
But then you finish the ‘program’ and every pound races straight back to your hips.
On a good weight loss exercise program you’ll lose the weight slower – but you’ll keep it off – And it all costs a lot less!
Don’t get sucked in by those weight-watching oddballs. Read up on some exercise plans and you’ll not only have more energy to go out and explore, you’ll have far more cash left to spend when you get there…
