Can Muscle Milk get you buff?

fitnessFor generations untold, men have sought ways to to gain muscle and improve their appearance, without too much exertion or pain being involved. Everything from jogging to hardcore weight-training was tried, with varying degrees of success depending on who you might ask.

Well, the wonders of science have now produced a new way to help you get buff – Muscle Milk. It feeds the body the extra protein needed to help your weight-training program achieve the results you really want, with less effort involved.
At least, that’s the theory.
