Fitness is Easy…

fitnessSo, how was your Holiday season? Too much eating, a bit too much drinking, and fighting the urge to strangle the relatives would be my first guess. Well, I can’t help with the in-laws, and the room will stop spinning if you wait a few weeks, but if your pants are too snug I can offer advice;

What you need is a work-out, but how to do that? It’s too cold to go running – and who’d want to anyway? – but some regular walks can soon move those few pounds. It’s not hard at all – All you need is a treadmill and you can get a great work-out while you’re watching TV! And once you’re in shape you can kick Uncle’s butt!
